South Central Ambulance are proud to have a very successful international recruitment programme, welcoming qualified Clinicians into our Trust from across the globe. This enables us to continue our aim to build a dynamic and diverse workforce, strengthening our service. As part of our International Recruitment programme we can offer the below to qualified Clinicians who meet our essential recruitment criteria and are successful through the interview and recruitment process:

Our International recruitment package includes:
 

• Certificate of Sponsorship and visa
• Flights booked and paid for
• Meet and greet at the airport in the UK
• Transport from the airport to your accommodation
• First 10 weeks of shared accommodation provided
• 1 car per household for first 10 weeks (Paramedics ONLY)
• Welcome food package

• Dedicated Pastoral Lead

International Paramedics

We are currently actively recruiting Qualified Paramedics in the following countries:

• Australia
• New Zealand

Paramedics can be based across our Trust, depending on course and station availability. Training will take place in our education centres in Whiteley, Hampshire or Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Through this International programme we are currently booking new starters onto the following courses:

• 5th February 2024
• 4th March 2024

There are also the following course dates scheduled for 2024 and 2025:

• April 2024
• June 2024
• September 2024
• November 2024
• January 2025
• February 2025
• March 2025
